he garden is a celebration of the 75th anniversary of peace in Europe. the world allows people to take care of things closest to home, community, and wildlife, and spend time with those who study art, history, and philosophy on their own. the garden is designed as a space that repeats the traditional manor, where the world allows a person to live a simple life, close to nature, in tune with the seasons and not subject to the threat of violence and war. in the world, we can pass the seeds of vegetables from generation to generation, we can cook the bread and food of our grandparents and walk among the landscape we left behind and take care of it. the world allows a person to build a house and pass it on to their ancestors. This traditional scene, which some might call a common place, is actually valuable and fragile, only peace can allow it to flourish.
