”Four Elements” Garden

he Four Elements Garden (55x150x50) is located in a container made of metal frame with transparent walls made of armored glass. At the bottom we laid the airpot as a drainage coating to ensure air exchange. Then we fill in expanded clay layer by layer, lay geotextiles, washed sand for filtration. Fill the container with a fertile mixture and plant the plants, leaving room for a pond.
In our garden there is a place for EVERYBODY: people, birds, plants, soil-living and flying insects. We made the walls transparent so that everyone can see that the garden is not only the trees, grass, flowers, but also “life is boiling” underground, which also needs our protection, through the glass you can observe the growth of roots, underground life. We are for the respect for nature.
There are four elements in the garden. A pond with plants and fishes – the element of “Water”. Near the pond there is a tunnel with a slide for ants and other insects – the element of “Earth”. There is a playground for games, communication and a place around the campfire (element of “Fire”), so that children and adults understand that the fire must be built in a safe place. In the garden, both adults and children will find many interesting ideas and joint activities to create flower beds, small forms and rock garden. And where is the element of “Air”? It is around us, and the more gardens and green spaces, the cleaner the air we breathe!
